The 84 Group

Now an ABB Medium Voltage Drive DistributorThe 84 Group is proud to expand our ABB partnership with authorized distribution of ABB medium voltage AC drives — from general-purpose pump and fan duty to high-performance mining, metals, and regenerative applications.ABB Medium Voltage Drive SolutionsTwo complementary MV platforms — a general-performance cascaded H-bridge drive for everyday process applications, and a next-generation 3L-ANPC industrial drive for demanding, high-dynamic duty.Next-Generation MV Industrial Drive · 3L-ANPC TopologyABB's newest air-cooled medium voltage drive family, built for high-performance industrial applications where control precision, regeneration, and system flexibility matter. The 3-level Active Neutral Point Clamped (3L-ANPC) power module uses HV-IGBTs in a modular, scalable architecture — available with 12- or 24-pulse diode front end (DFE) or an active front end (AFE) for four-quadrant and regenerative duty such as downhill conveyors and lower...
